Baker Estates to open Sales & Marketing Suite at its new development in Dartmouth

The wait is almost over for prospective buyers as Baker Estates has announced the opening of its much-anticipated Sales and Marketing Suite at Little Cotton Farm in Dartmouth on Saturday 27th February.

The opening will give customers the opportunity to reserve their dream home at this sought-after location and see how the development is progressing. Site plans, floor plans and brochures will also be available.

Ideal for first time buyers, families and downsizers alike, the first phase of Little Cotton Farm is a stunning collection of 24 three- and four-bedroom homes including houses and bungalows.

The development benefits from a fantastic location, just a stone throw from the town and its local amenities as well as the perfect location for countryside walks down to the coast. Baker Estates says the views will be spectacular from many of the homes offering both coastal and countryside vistas for miles.

Annie Williams, head of sales at Baker Estates, said: “This is the first chance to reserve at Little Cotton Farm. We will have some exceptional homes for sale and are encouraging prospective buyers to come and spend some time talking through what home best suits their needs and lifestyle. It’s the first new build scheme in Dartmouth for some years and not surprisingly the development has generated considerable interest from locals.”

Baker Estates won two prestigious regional and national awards last year, so buyers can be confident on the quality of the build, as well as the company’s growing reputation for stylish new homes.

In total Baker Estates will build 450 homes at the development on Nelson Road which is a short distance from the centre of Dartmouth. Offering a myriad of shops, cafes and restaurants, the historic coastal town of Dartmouth offers a lifestyle hard to beat in the region. As well as the river Dart and its picturesque harbour, locals enjoy costal walks and areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Home hunters are being urged to register their interest in phase one ahead of the launch which will be by appointment only and will follow the correct social distancing measures to keep customers and buyers safe. The show home will open later in the Summer.

Little Cotton Farm will be open Thursday – Monday, 10am - 5pm.
