Choose your beautiful new home from Baker Estates

We will arrange for your home to be valued by local estate agents, confirm eligibility and agree a marketing price with you

We will instruct the local estate agents on your behalf and liaise with them throughout the sale of your home. When your home is sold we will pay up to £5,000 towards your estate agent fees

All that's left is to enjoy moving in your new home
Assisted Move will make your next move, easier and less stressful by letting us do all the hard work for you. We have experienced sales teams and connections throughout the UK, who are on hand to help you sell your existing home as efficiently as possible. We will manage the entire process for you from arranging the valuations to managing the sale once we have found you a buyer.

Assisted Move is available nationally and we use local estate agents to value your home

Will I have to pay any agent's fees?
By using Assisted Move Baker Estates will pay your estate agent's fees up to £5,000. If your fees total more than this then you will be liable for the remainder.

Assisted Move is available on selective plots across all developments
