We can also assist by offering the services of our panel financial advisers and solicitors.

- This equates to approximately 2% of the list price.

If you have a home to sell then instead of the above discount, you can utilise our Assisted Move scheme with agent’s fee paid up to a value of £5,000**.
Assisted Move Scheme**
- STEP ONE – Choose your beautiful new home from Baker Estates
- STEP TWO – We will arrange for your home to be valued by local estate agents, confirm eligibility and agree a marketing price with you
- STEP THREE – We will instruct the local estate agents on your behalf and liaise with them throughout the sale of your home. When your home is sold we will pay up to £5,000 towards your estate agent fees
- STEP FOUR - All that's left is to enjoy moving in your new home
