West Devon Borough Council have resolved to approve our Hybrid application comprising full planning application for erection of 44 residential dwellings, formation of accesses, associated public open space, landscaping and infrastructure; and outline planning application for extra care facility for up to 60 units subject to a Section 106 agreement. The full application is for 44 detached dwellings of 2,3,4 and 5 bed accommodation, comprising bungalows, chalet bungalows and two-storey houses including a separate enclave of just 5 detached properties with access from Brook Lane.
We are anticipated to start on site in early 2024 with a Show Home launch for Autumn 2024.

The scheme will provide pedestrian and cycleways links providing easy access to a nearby local schools and Lidl/Morrisons as well as access to regular bus services outside of the site.
