Baker Estates has won two prestigious Housebuilder Awards in London last night seen by the industry as the leading national event of the year.
Baker Estates is one of the fastest growing companies in the area, having grown to 62 employees in three years. Based in Decoy Industrial estate, Newton Abbot, the company is currently building and selling in eight locations throughout the south west.
The south west housebuilder won Best Design for ‘Three Storey or Fewer’ category for its widely regarded Great Court Farm development in Totnes, as well as highly commended in the Small Housebuilder of the Year category.
The glittering awards, held at The InterContinental Hotel at the O2, showcased the best projects across the UK’s construction and property industry. Over 1500 people attended the evening’s ceremony which was hosted by comedian and TV presenter Dara O’Briain.
