Award-winning southwest housebuilder Baker Estates is delighted to reaffirm its commitment to the local community by once again sponsoring the Food and Drink Village at the much-anticipated Totnes & District Show, taking place on Sunday 27 July 2025.
As one of the most popular attractions at the show, the Food and Drink Village celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Devon, featuring a handpicked selection of outstanding local producers. Visitors will be able to savour a wide variety of regional delicacies, meet the passionate people behind them, and enjoy a day filled with flavour and community spirit.

One of the highlights of the Food and Drink Village will be the demonstration kitchen, where renowned local chefs will showcase their skills and share their passion for Devon’s ingredients. Baker Estates will also have a presence at this year’s event, offering visitors the chance to learn more about its current local developments at Little Cotton Farm in Dartmouth, and St Mary’s in Dartington, and the new Turnpike Fields development in Chudleigh Knighton, with Norden Meadows
