HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for an experienced development manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering development projects from land acquisition, through to the delivery and completion of the scheme.
- Coordinating planning applications for project delivery.
- Managing project budgets, instructing and overseeing consultants involved with development projects.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude, with the ability to lead and drive projects forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, building good working relationships.
- Proven experience in a similar role and ideally a member of the RTPI or RICS.
