With the stamp duty holiday due to officially finish in March, Baker Estates has announced it will continue to pay their customers stamp duty on a selection of homes that will be ready up to July 2021.
Currently, stamp duty is being waivered on homes up to £500,000, and Baker Estates is making sure its customers don’t miss out on homes that are due to finish after March.
The award winning south west housebuilder is continuing to pay the stamp duty savings giving customers thousands of pounds off selected homes. The homes which are included in the stamp duty saving will be ready to move into by July 2021.
