We will arrange for your home to be valued by local estate agents, confirm eligibility and agree a marketing price with you

We will instruct the local estate agents on your behalf and liaise with them throughout the sale of your home. When your home is sold we will pay up to £5,000 towards your estate agent fees

All that's left is to enjoy moving in your new home

Assisted move will make your next move easier and less stressful by letting us do all the hard work for you. We have experienced sales teams and connections throughout the UK, who are on hand to help you sell your existing home as efficiently as possible. We handle the valuations, marketing, and negotiation of your existing property so you can focus on reserving your new Baker Estates home.
