Margaret Clements, who is in her early seventies, has moved into a Primrose three-bedroom bungalow after relocating from Essex to the Cornish town she has loved for almost three decades.

She is particularly looking forward to entertaining family and friends in her new home.
“I love my new home. It’s got a big kitchen and dining area, which is perfect for me as I like to entertain. I’ve already ordered a large table so all my guests can sit together and enjoy lunch.”
