Prospective buyers have been eagerly awaiting Norden Meadows, a new housing development from Baker Estates, with strong interest confirmed at the housebuilder’s early bird off-plan sales launch.
Baker Estates hosted the preview event at the Velarde Art Gallery, in association with Luscombe Maye estate agents, with more than 30 people attending throughout the day to find out more about the forthcoming development.
Norden Meadows, located off Alvington Hill, will deliver 52 new homes, comprising a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, alongside a selection of two-bedroom apartments. It has been designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers, from first-time purchasers to growing families and those looking to downsize.
The new community will also feature landscaped public spaces, sustainable building features and improved pedestrian links to the surrounding area, helping to create an attractive and well-connected neighbourhood.
