Baker Estates has promoted Graham Hutton to the role of Operations Director as the award-winning southwest housebuilder responds to growth and plans for the future.
Graham was part of the original team when Baker Estates was set up in 2016 occupying the position of Development Director. He has wide experience having held national planning and technical responsibilities in the industry for 20 years. He is a well-respected industry figure actively engaging in policy development.
Graham’s remit now includes production, commercial and customer service, alongside his previous responsibilities for technical and development/planning.
Managing Director Ian Baker was delighted to confirm the appointment. Ian said: “Graham and I have worked closely for over 20 years and he thoroughly deserves this promotion. The business has grown immeasurably over the last six years and the time is right for Graham to take a wider role in the running of our business.”
