We’re pleased to announce that Baker Estates has been added to the NHBC Register, meaning our homes will be built to the definitive standards for new home construction and conversion in the UK.
Only builders and developers who can demonstrate financial security and technical competence are registered with NHBC.
There is a rigorous application process to join the register and NHBC carries out commercial and technical assessments of all applicants before offering ‘registered’ status.
All of Baker Estates’ new homes will now be registered with NHBC’s Buildmark warranty and insurance cover; the UK’s leading new homes warranty cover.

NHBC standards are set by a committee representing all relevant organisations interested in improving the quality of new and converted homes. Builders, consumer organisations and professional institutions are represented on the committee.
