Award-winning Baker Estates has made two significant senior sales appointments this month as the south west housebuilder expands its business.
Selling at seven new housing developments in Devon and Cornwall with more in the pipeline, the company has appointed Annie Williams as head of sales and Michele Jones as sales manager to spearhead sales across its sites.
Vastly experienced in the residential housebuilding sales sector, Annie has moved from Redrow where she was head of sales. Previously she held senior roles with Linden Homes and Persimmon.
Annie said: “This is a very exciting new role for me. What has struck me is the quality of build and the stunning locations. I am really looking forward to joining the team and focus on building communities for the future.”
Annie added: “This role is an amazing opportunity for me to make a difference to people’s lives – whether they are buying their first home or forever home.”
Michele Jones also has experience with some of the UK’s best-known housebuilders having worked at Redrow, Barratt Homes, and Linden Homes. Michele moved to Devon with her two children five years ago and has never looked back.
She said: “I am excited about joining Baker Estates as its reputation has been growing as a great company to work for in the south west. I am looking forward to working with previous colleagues again who have extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.”
