Baker Estates has announced its sponsorship of Kingsbridge Town Bowls Club, providing a £500 donation to help fund new equipment for the club.

The sponsorship comes as Baker Estates is building new homes at Norden Meadows, its latest development in Kingsbridge, reinforcing the company's commitment to supporting the communities in which it builds.

The contribution will enable the club to invest in new woods and mats, helping to enhance facilities for existing members while supporting the continued growth of the sport in the local area.

Annie Williams, Sales and Marketing Director at Baker Estates, said: "We are delighted to support Kingsbridge Town Bowls Club. The club has a long history and plays a vital role in bringing the community together. By sponsoring the club, we hope to contribute to its ongoing success and encourage more people to take up and enjoy the sport of bowls in the area."

A spokesperson for Kingsbridge Town Bowls Club said: "We are extremely grateful to Baker Estates for its sponsorship. This donation will allow us to purchase much-needed new equipment, benefiting our current members and those looking to try bowls for the first time. We look forward to continuing to welcome people of all ages to our friendly club."

Baker Estates is committed to supporting local organisations and community initiatives across the regions where it operates. The sponsorship of Kingsbridge Town Bowls Club reflects the company's dedication to investing in local communities and helping valued organisations continue to thrive.
