Baker Estates – New homes redefined in the southwest

The first steps

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality from you making the decision to reserve, to collecting the keys to your new home. Our team of professionals will be there to guide you through each step of the process, long after you have moved in. Once you receive the keys and move into your new Baker Estates home, you will be provided with the details of our dedicated customer service team. They will be your first point of contact should you have any queries or require support after you have moved in.

Home demonstration

Our construction team are rigorous with its commissioning procedure ensures to make sure that the finish of your new home delights you. You will be invited to attend a home demonstration, before you move in, this is when we will show you how everything works and you can ask us anything about practicality of your new home.

Warranty

For your peace of mind, your new home will have the benefit of NHBC 10 year Buildmark warranty. The full details of this cover will be in your own NHBC Buildmark documents which will have been provided by your solicitor or legal conveyancer.

24 hour cover

As a further commitment to you, our customer service team will be on hand to take your call 24 hours a day 7 days a week during the two year builder warranty period. Should any emergency issues arise out of normal business hours will be handled immediately by our dedicated out of hours team.
