The First Steps
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service throughout the whole journey, from making that first decision to reserve, to collecting the keys to your new home and supporting you once you have settled in. Our team of professionals will be there to guide you through each step of the process. Once you receive the keys and move into your new Baker Estates home, you will be provided with the details of our dedicated Customer Service team. They will be your first point of contact should you have any queries or require support after you have moved in.
Home Demonstration
Our construction team have a rigorous commissioning procedure which ensures that the finish of your new home meets with our exacting standards. You will be invited to attend a Home Demonstration, before you move in, this is when we will take you through every aspect of your new property.
For your peace of mind, your new home will have the benefit of NHBC 10 year Buildmark Cover. The full details of this cover will be in your own NHBC Buildmark documents which will have been provided by your solicitor or legal conveyancer.

24 Hour Cover

As a further commitment to you, our customer service team will be on hand to take your call 24 hours a day 7 days a week during the 2 year builder warranty period. Any emergency issues that arise out of normal business hours will be handled immediately by our dedicated out of hours team.
